Saltbush Lamb is infused with an exceptional taste quality, which results from the lambs feeding on native ‘Old Man Saltbush’ - not salty but robust, juicy and exquisitely tender. What is more, it also has improved nutritional value, because ‘Old Man Saltbush’, or Atriplex Nummularia, is rich in Vitamin E.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
All the animals are grown exclusively on our family property, 'Bultarra', following our unique 'Old Man Saltbush' nutrition program. We are the only saltbush lamb producer in Australia that has been awarded Meat Standards Australia Award, with every animal monitored and cared for from farm gate through to plate.
It is a free range product and no growth hormones, antibiotics, pesticides or herbicides are used. Each lamb is hung chilled for a period of 5 days to ensure it arrives with you at optimum quality.

Each box will also contain a selection of mouth-watering recipes to help you get the most out of the Bultarra Pack of your choice. From Moroccan tagines to more traditional slow-cooked braised shanks, your friends and family will be happy when you delve into your box of Bultarra Saltbush Lamb.
DELIVERY & PRICE
We can organise for your packs to be delivered by refrigerated transport to a point of convenience to you, either work or home.
Delivery to Victoria Metro is freight free.
Delivery to Tasmania and South Australia incurs an additional $10 delivery fee.
NSW incurs additional freight costs of approximately $30 each carton to cover additional chilled transport costs. This purchase is GST free. We currently deliver to most areas of VIC, NSW & SA in Australia only though we will endeavour to help you if you have a special delivery requirement outside these areas. Lamb packs are not available for export. Please contact us with any special requests at: anna-kate@bultarra.com.au.
Alternatively, you can collect your pack from participating Farmers' Markets in Melbourne and save $10 from above pack prices.
Payment may be made by cheque, direct debit (Internet) or credit card before delivery.
Average weight of product is 10-12kg for whole lamb packs and approx 6kg for half lamb packs.
Delivery Schedule
We will always endeavour to deliver your Lamb Pack within seven to ten working days. This allows your lamb to be hung to optimise tenderness for a period of 5 days, before being butchered, packed and despatched to you. Once your order has been submitted to us, we will call to arrange a suitable delivery day.
Someone must be present at the delivery address, on the arranged day of delivery to take charge of lamb pack, as it must be signed for and refrigerated immediately, as we transport your pack to you by refrigerated courier. If no one is present on pre-arranged day of delivery, extra delivery charges may be incurred to reschedule the delivery and would be at the purchaser's expense. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order (i.e; you may be outside delivery areas) - or a delivery falls outside this period, you will be notified within 3 working days and then issued a full refund if you decide not to proceed
