The Saltbush Lamb is infused with an exceptional taste quality resulting on the lambs feeding on native ‘Old Man Saltbush’ - not so much salty as robust, juicy and exquisitely tender.

Not only appealing in flavour, the lamb has been found to have improved nutritional value - as the sheep are grazed on Old Man Saltbush, or Atriplex Nummularia, which is rich in Vitamin E. It is the presence of this powerful anti-oxidant, together with the regional characteristics of the area, which gives the lamb its superb taste, tenderness and health benefits.
